Alex has long been involved in the English folk world. She started morris dancing when she was living in London in 2007 & soon became completely addicted. She co-founded the Belles of London City in 2009 & then went on to form Boss Morris in 2015, following a move back to her home town of Stroud. She’s made multiple folk masks & beasts over the years & is an experienced morris dance teacher too ~ running workshops for a wide range of different groups. She’s helped choreograph dances for large scale stage performances (The Brit Awards 2023), music videos & film.
